You must be 18 years of age to purchase any products on the site. The user who created a login on the site, purchased a product, and whose Payment Method is charged is referred to here as the «Account Owner».

Earnex Academy reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the revisions on the site. You should check these Terms periodically for changes as by using the site after we post any changes to these Terms, you are agreeing to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them, and you waive any right you may have to receive individualized notice of such changes.

By using the site, whether as a guest or a registered user, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms just as if you had signed this agreement. These Terms may be supplemented by additional terms and conditions pertaining to specific content and activities. You acknowledge and understand that such additional terms and conditions are hereby incorporated by reference to these Terms. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the site through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and that they comply with them. Our website is a financial education, data portal, and content aggregator. Earnex Academy is not a broker/dealer, we are not investment advisors, we have no access to non-public information about publicly traded companies, and this is not a place for giving or receiving financial advice, investment decisions, tax or legal advice. Earnex Academy is an education and research platform for individual retail traders and investors and specializes in education and producing statistical observations on key financial instruments. These instruments include but are not limited to shares, rolling spot foreign exchange contracts, commodity futures, contracts for differences, spread bets, futures and government and public securities.

We will not arrange any transactions on your behalf. The Investment Information on the site is provided «AS IS» without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Earnex Academy is not responsible or liable in any manner for and makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, quality, reliability, or usefulness of any investment information or the results obtained from any investment information.

The type of strategies mentioned on the site may not be suitable for everyone, and you alone are solely responsible for determining whether any investment, strategy, or any other product or service is appropriate or suitable for you, based on your investment objectives and personal and financial situation. We may offer valuation tools; these are solely for information and educational purposes so that users can easily run their own valuations. Investment warnings

Your purchased products

Earnex Academy offers access to its educational content to users who can purchase the products as a guest or by creating a user login and password. You may receive access to other trading evaluations by purchasing a particular package. Each package gives you access to the relevant products as defined in the Packages list.

In order to purchase a package on the site, you must have internet access and provide us with certain personal details including a current, valid, accepted method of payment upon entry to the site (“Payment Method”) to use the Earnex Academy service. We will add the product to your shopping cart on the website and charge the Purchase Price to your Payment Method immediately at check-out. We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend our offered packages and educational training plans.

Billing

By agreeing to purchase a package, you authorise us to charge you the Purchase price that is set out in the Packages list of our website. The Purchase Price will be charged before access to the applicable content is made available.

Cancellation of service and refunds

All purchases are non-refundable except during the first 14 days “cooling off” period from the purchase date, provided that you have not participated in any portion of the evaluation package you purchased and have not accessed or downloaded any of the available content, including Funding Evaluations, Trading Essentials, Technical Trading, and Strategic Trading educational modules and/or videos.

You can request a refund by emailing us at support@earnexacademy.com, stating your wish to receive a refund and your full name. We will process the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. Prior to processing your refund, we will review your account activity to ensure that you have not accessed, downloaded, or utilised any product which prevents you from receiving a refund.

Once we receive your refund request, you will immediately lose access to the site and your purchased products.

Passwords and account access

The user who created the account and whose Payment Method is charged is referred to here as the Account Owner. The Account Owner has access and control over the Earnex Academy account. The Account Owner’s control is exercised through the use of the Account Owner’s password and therefore to maintain exclusive control, the Account Owner should not reveal the password to anyone.

In addition, if the Account Owner wishes to prohibit others from altering the Account Owner’s control, the Account Owner should not reveal the Payment Method details (e.g., last four digits of their credit or debit card) associated with their account. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the truth and accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account.

Accounts are provided on an individual basis, and you are expressly forbidden from giving another person or entity access. You should be mindful of any communication requesting that you submit credit card or other account information. Providing your information in response to these types of communications can result in identity theft. Always access your sensitive account information by going directly to the Earnex Academy website and not through a hyperlink in an email or any other electronic communication, even if it looks official. Earnex Academy reserves the right to place any account on hold anytime with or without notification to the user in order to protect itself and its partners from what it believes to be fraudulent activity. Earnex Academy is not obligated to credit or discount any purchased products for holds placed on the account by either a representative of Earnex Academy or by the automated processes of Earnex Academy.

Applications

You may encounter third-party applications (including, without limitation, websites, widgets, software, or other software utilities) («Application(s)») that interact with the Earnex Academy service. These Applications may import data related to your Earnex Academy account and activity and otherwise gather data from you. These Applications are provided solely as a convenience to you, and Earnex Academy is not responsible for such Applications. Such applications are owned or operated by third parties that are not related to with or sponsored by Earnex Academy. Use of an application is at your own option and risk.

Acceptable use of the site

It is impossible to provide an exhaustive list of what constitutes acceptable and unacceptable use of this site. In general, Earnex Academy will not tolerate, and you agree not to engage in, any use of the site that damages or is likely to damage our reputation or the availability or integrity of the site, which causes harm of any kind to Earnex Academy or its users, or which causes us or threatens to cause us to incur any legal, tax, financial, regulatory, or other liability (“Misuse”). Subscription Cancellation Process

In addition to the Cancellation of Service and Refunds section above, this section provides detailed information on how to cancel your subscription with Earnex Academy.

Understanding Your Subscription

Recurring Nature: When you purchase any subscription from Earnex Academy, you are entering into a recurring billing agreement. This means your payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) until you cancel.
Billing Cycles: Your subscription will automatically renew on the same calendar day as your initial purchase date. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th of a month, you will be billed on the 15th of each subsequent month for a monthly subscription, or on the 15th of the same month the following year for an annual subscription.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

Navigate to Account Settings: Click on your profile icon or name in the top right corner of the page and select “Account Settings” from the dropdown menu.
Subscription Management: In your Account Settings, locate and click on the “Subscription Management” or “My Subscription” section.
Cancel Subscription: Click on the “Cancel Subscription” button. You may be asked to confirm your decision or provide feedback on your reason for cancellation.
Confirmation: After completing the cancellation process, you will receive an email confirmation that your subscription has been canceled.

Important Information Regarding Cancellation

Immediate Cancellation vs. End of Billing Period: When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew after the current billing period ends.
No Partial Refunds: As stated in our Cancellation of Service and Refunds section, all purchases are non-refundable except during the first 14 days “cooling off” period. Canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.
Reactivation: If you decide to reactivate your subscription after cancellation, you may do so by logging back into your account and resubscribing. However, any special promotional rates from your previous subscription may no longer be available.
Payment Records: We recommend keeping a copy of your cancellation confirmation for your records.
Third-Party Payment Processors: If you purchased your subscription through a third-party payment processor (such as Apple Pay or PayPal), you may need to cancel your subscription through that platform as well. Please refer to the third-party payment processor’s instructions for cancellation details.
